Over the past few years most organizations have all made a strategic decision to invest in an integrated HR/payroll system to manage the delivery of HR/payroll services. TALX services are designed to help our clients leverage this significant investment by automating routine processes that encircle their HR/Payroll system - but remain paper and manual based.

TALX began offering standard services in 1995 with the introduction of The Work Number® - now the leading employment and income verification service. The Work Number has grown from one client to over 1,100. Our W-2 eXpress® service introduced next also began when one client brought us a real problem - reissuing W-2s. From this initial client, TALX built a standard W-2 service and now we are supporting over 100 clients with all facets of the W-2 process including electronic presentment.

Following a client-focus meeting in 2001, we realized paperless pay would be a real need in just a few short years. Today, through our ePayroll® services we are offering a complete paperless pay solution, which helps clients increase direct deposit, pay employees through payroll cards and gives employees access to their paystubs electronically.

Nearly two years ago we expanded our payroll-data centric offerings by adding an end-to-end electronic time collection service. FasTime brings our clients efficient time collection though the web or over the telephone and includes integrated supervisor approvals and automated announcements.

And most recently in the last year we acquired the two leading unemployment cost management services and have launched UC eXpress® - this is the most complete service for managing unemployment claims and the tax planning that offers our clients real cost savings. And, our vision is to continue to add new services that attack our client's paper and manual processes.
