We offer a wide range of services to Social Services clients. You can access verifications via our website, fax, telephone, system integration or send us batch files for processing. There’s also a service to meet every agency budget.

Express Service (with pay date summary)
Employment and income verifications are immediately available for a small fee per transaction via the Web, fax or phone. You simply enter your client’s SSN, and any available data will be provided immediately online. A printer-friendly version of the verification is also available. Caseworkers without Web access can call 800-660-3399 and obtain the same information voiced to them or sent to them via a fax. We offer a volume discount to anyone who does more than 35 verifications a month, contact us for volume pricing.  The fee for a pay date summary (SSN Search) is $3.00; the fee for an Income Verification is $6.50. Standard Service
You can also obtain free information through The Work Number’s Standard Service within several days by fax. To obtain verifications using the free, Standard Service, you must have the name of the employer as well as your client’s SSN. Find out more about our Standard Service.
