Thank you for choosing The Work Number® for your employment verifications. Below are the steps for completing the enrollment process.

Fill out the Express Membership Agreement. All pages are required in order to process your request for this fee-based service.
The fee for a pay date summary (SSN Search) is $3.00; the fee for an Income Verification is $7.95. We offer a volume discount to anyone who does more than 100 verifications a month: contact us for volume pricing. - Read and confirm that the information on the Agreement is correct and that you wish to subscribe to our fee-based service.
- Provide documentation which verifies that you qualify for this service.
- Refer to the Qualifications section of the contract to learn more about supporting documentation.
- Any documentation provided must show the name of your agency.
- Sign the printed agreement and fax the entire copy with your documentation to 'Social Services' at

Thank you for your request to utilize The Work Number for your employment and income verification needs. As a security measure, part of our validation process requires that you successfully complete an onsite inspection. This must be completed before you will be given access to our system. Our vendor will call to schedule an appointment for one of their inspectors to come out and validate the information you supplied to us about your organization, in addition to making sure there are no security risks. There is a onetime inspection fee of $75 that will be applied to your first bill.
Due to recent system changes, we have been receiving a large number of requests for service. Consequently, it may take a week or more to get the inspection completed. We appreciate your patience and flexibility with scheduling the inspection. Please understand that we are diligently working through this high volume of requests to the best of our ability.
